These regulations concern to all the attendants in the XXII Encounter.
For the means of a better organization, we ask you to follow what has been established.

Registration

Enrollment for the XXII Encounter will start on 1st Apriil 2020.
If the number of vacancies is fullfilled, the staff will inform this new state of affairs by e-mail and the information will also appear on this web site. All the registration forms which may be sent by mail and received after the date of this announcement will be rejected.

Fees

Attendants from Argentina
Registration fee to the XXII Encounter is $ 7500,-

Attendants from abroad
Registration fee to the XXII Encounter is u$s 150,-

Once the payment is done, attendants should inform MTCN number (10 digits) to the organization by e-mail to arabiandance3@gmail.com, to make the inscription effective.

Note: In case of not being able to attend the event, the payment will not be returned.

Accreditations

Accreditions will be during the hours established in the schedule of the event.
There will be national and international tables of accreditation for a better and quicker job. If vacancies are available, new accreditation tables are going to be opened for that purpose.
At the moment of cancelling the full amount of the registration fee, the attendant will recieve an accreditation badge. On this badge, the attendant will find his full name, last name and number of accreditation. Attendants must have this badge always visible, over their clothes during the three days of workshops. This badge will also be needed to enter to the Gala Show on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Workshops

The starting time and ending of the workshops will be respected during the event.
The use of photo and video cameras, movil phone or any device is strongly forbidden during the workshops.
These device can only be used during the breaks.
Attendants must attend the workshops with the necessary equipment.
Food and drinks are forbidden into the room.
Smoking is forbidden.
The holders of the Encounter and the authorities of the GrandView Hotel & Convention Center, will not be responsible for any losts.
We suggest that the attendants watch their belongings or using safe padlocks.
Please, notice this!
It is strictly forbidden to enter the venue with any person (relatives, friends, etc.), during the event. All those who may wish to enter will have to fully pay the registration fee.

Certificates of Attendance

The Certificate of Attendance presented by the XXII Encounter will only certify participation in the workshops. It does not have any academic credits since it is not a degree nor a diploma to be presented to any educational institution.
The certificate will be handed out to the attendants during the last day of the Encounter. Attendants will have to show their accreditation badges in order to be given them.

Shows XXII Encounter

Due to the number of dance groups that are presented each year, in order to prevent the galas from lasting until late at night, it will be given without exception and exclusively to the first 20 groups that register. The registration deadline for participation will be on September 20, and by this date the selected music should be sent along with the technical sheet on the pen-drive with the corresponding details.
Please respect the stipulated time in order to avoid having to cut the music.
All groups will be awarded recognition for participating.
Any institution, school and groups that are all its members registered in the EIDA will be able to participate in the show - without exception.
They must be a minimum of 6 people on stage and a choreography of a maximum of 5 minutes (strictly).
The music with which the choreography will be performed must be delivered together with the corresponding technical sheet in our institution, Anchorena 364 - CABA, or by e-mail to arabiandance3@gmail.com until September 20 of the current year.
The school that has not sent the music in mp3 format to arabiandance3@gmail.com and the technical file in the corresponding term will not be able to participate in it.
The student who participates in the event must not pay the entrance fee for the evening's galas. You must have in hand the accreditation card and / or bracelet.
Entrance of relatives and / or companions to dressing rooms is totally prohibited.
The use of film cameras during the show will not be allowed.
The entrance doors to the gala will open 30 minutes before the start time.

Permission for Participation for children UNDER THE AGE OF 18

According to the current laws, this authorization is mandatory for those contestants UNDER THE AGE OF 18 who participate in any form (classes, shows) at the XXII Arabian Dance International Encounter.
This authorization shall be submitted together with a photocopy of ID of parent or guardian. It is a necessary requirement signature of at least one adult responsible for the minor.
If it isn't submitted, the income of the child to any of the facilities where the event takes place will not be allowed.

GrandView Hotel & Convention Center

The Hotel will offer the participants a buffet service with cheap menus.
Also, all participants will have a very special bonus for those who wish to stay at the event hotel.

Sale Stands

The main idea is to create a place of trade stands with different products, accesories, clothing, etc., to be purchased.
This place will be opened free of charge to all the public who enters into the GrandView Hotel & Convention Center venue during the scedule of the EIDA. Free entry!

Technical Items
Only pendrive or mp3 will be accepted.
The tracks must be correlative.
All the tracks, plus the choreography, must last no longer than 5 minutes.
Otherwhise the organization will cut the recording down, according to the established time.
In order to participate each team must have 6 people minimum on stage.
Both the pendrive or mp3 with the recorded music, and this technical form attached to it, must be sent by mail to arabiandance3@gmail.com.
It is important to recall the necessary observations for the performance of the choreographies.

The stage is made of wood. It is 10 metres long and 6 metres deep. It has stairs on both lateral sides. It has stairs only right side in reference from the stage to the public.
